Terrible service now
Don't know what's going on. The service quality plummeted. Also being double charged on tips. Card on file is being charged and charged Uber cash for the same amount for the tip. Been double charged tip twice now and still haven't gotten any response from Postmates. Drivers are passing the delivery time by over 20-30 minutes from the “latest delivery time “. Drivers have said “if there is an issue with your food, it's not my problem “ as the shove the bag at you the quickly walk away. Requested refunds for damaged or missing items with no luck

Awful experience
Constantly wrong orders, missing items, late, etc. customer service used to be ok but recently has been awful. I received an order without an item and they told me that they think I did and that their decision was final. I can't prove a negative but it wasn't there! Never again.

Worst delivery app for sure
The drivers are useless but next to the customer service people look like Einstein. Believe me save yourself the headache and use DoorDash. I'm not saying there perfect but they at least try to hide the fact that they don't care about their costumers.

Hidden Fees Support Repetitive
I've been using this app for awhile and all I had was problems. And the Support keeps saying the same thing over and over without fixing my problem it's like they don't understand and their robots. You guys took some extra money out without me knowing I found out because I had to check my bank statement and do the calculations. I told Support but they keep saying no refund. it wasn't about the refund. It was about you guys charging my card more than what I purchased. My experience overall is terrible

This is absolutely the worst app, I've ever been on, my order was very very incorrect I order something for way higher value and when I asked to get a refund or even put a complaint I wasn't allowed

Despite a substantial waiting period exceeding 5 hours, my order has yet to be delivered. Throughout this time, my attempts to communicate with the assigned delivery driver via messages and calls were met with complete disregard. Seeking resolution, I engaged with multiple agents through the chat system, only to discover that a request for a replacement driver, as previously indicated, had not been actioned. Subsequently, after resorting to independent research to obtain a valid contact number, I was able to speak with an agent who assured me that a new driver was en route at 7:06 pm. However, it is now 8:10 pm, and my order remains undelivered. Regrettably, the handling of this situation has fallen short of acceptable standards, leaving me with a negative impression of Postmates. In comparison, I have found other delivery services such as DoorDash to be more reliable and efficient in fulfilling orders. I recommend that Postmates review and address the shortcomings in their delivery process to prevent similar instances in the future. As a customer, I value prompt and dependable service and expect a higher level of reliability from the service providers I choose to engage with. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
