Parcel would be delivered to pick-up point. Get a notification that I wasn't found there. It shouldn't get any crazier. Now it doesn't come until the next day. Let's hope the above doesn't repeat itself. Meanwhile, the chat in the app doesn't work. If so much goes wrong, I can imagine it.

PostNL ensures that the underlying process of mail delivery is in order. Mail is simply not delivered. So your app is totally unnecessary!

Nothing positive
Nothing positive to report about PostNL! Our mail is delivered on a regular basis to the neighbors at Vogelwikke 1 We also receive mail from them on a regular basis. We also regularly receive mail from multiple addresses at the same time. A mistake between two addresses with house number 1 right next to each other can be explained. However, delivering multiple postal addresses to one address and the repeated incorrect delivery is of such regularity that it is simply ridiculous!

As soon as a parcel is registered, the app indicates "will be delivered today between 8.00 and 18.00" parcel always arrives day to days later

I don't get any more notifications that I have pass. Have to manually check every day if there is any mail. Also, not all mail is in the app. And there's no point in contacting customer service. You're on hold for a very long time and when you get someone to touch it, you get a standard response, we pass it on

Happy with it in the Netherlands. Only shipments abroad take forever. Just doesn't arrive (so far). 1 package 2 months on the road and 1 package 3 weeks. Costs 55 and 10 euros. That is unacceptable.

What you see is often not what you get. Delivery is really bad at post NL. Complained about it before and you don't hear anything back. They don't care. Important mail sometimes doesn't come in........

Altijd up-to-date Als je notificaties aanzet zorgen we dat je altijd op de hoogte bent van de laatste status van jouw pakket. Installeer ook de PostNL widget op jouw homescherm om altijd up-to-date te zijn. Iets versturen? Laat de QR-code uit jouw account scannen en ontvang een verzendbewijs per e-mail. Maak eenvoudig een label aan via de app en laat dit printen bij een PostNL punt. Postzegel nodig? Koop een digitale postzegel en schrijf deze op de brief, handig! Ook kun je zelf een fotokaartje maken; upload een foto en maak hiermee een persoonlijk kaartje (let op: postzegelcode en fotokaartje zijn alleen beschikbaar in Nederland).
