Missing info - I'm told an SMS has been sent, I haven't received!
Need a package delivered - I am an employee. Have every day work... package is delivered between 8 and 21, and there MUST be one present at the address. There are big demands! I am told in the app that an SMS has been sent - it cannot ransom app, but it appears that it is sent from NO... Maybe it will be a good idea to send SMS to Danish numbers from DK ... I have not received SMS, can not see that has been written to me and can via chat should not get through to anyone with reason! IT'S FRUSTRATING

Costs more than you thought...
Got a message yesterday at 16 that the delivery will arrive today. Talked to customer service to get information about time. Couldn't get any answer at all. Suddenly I had to take time off work ALL DAY because I don't know anything at all. Now at 12 I get a message that the delivery will arrive before 18. So no announcement now either, really. Will delivery be damn expensive, can you get back 2000 SEK for lost wages?

Can't share
I can't share my package so I can get someone else to pick it up. It can be used to see if you get a package but pick it up yourself, but unfortunately not what you need.

The idea of the app is good enough when it works. Hard to get in touch with customer service. When you actually get past the robot chat, their service is incompetent. I send 2 times in a month a letter with tracking no. that disappears! For compensation, I get a gift card for the first letter even though they have got my account no+ mobile number for the deposit of money. Waiting for 2 letters to see if it shows up and is sent. Disaster, how can the shipment be lost 2 times in a month.

I think it's strange that I find out from the recipient that the shipment has been received before I find out from the PN app. According to the app, the shipment has gone from Borlänge, to Örebro, then to Växjö, and after that it says nothing else. The shipment was going to Järfälla, so it has taken quite a long detour, and even though the recipient says in an email that the shipment has been received, it says in the app that it is still in Växjö.
