worst customer support ever. i have a problem and i wrote to customer support and was told will get back to me within 24 hours. it has been 4 days now no reply and my problem not solve. worst customer support.

A disappointment
I tried to have my first class with a tutor (for a fee) and the same day of the class he rescheduled it to another day. When this happened to me on several occasions I decided to cancel the class and look for another tutor with the surprise that they do not refund the class or give you the option to exchange it for another one. They tell you to agree with the same tutor who has given you a stand several times to compensate you and give you the free class by skype...

Poor management of instructors rates, awful support
The app does not update the rates of instructors whose one have had lessons long ago. I did not realise that and bought a package of 4 lessons with an instructor, then when I had my lecture with this instructor I was told that I was underpaying him. I tried to contact Preply to get it sorted but they did not care. And I realised just now that the funds that I hadn't used yet in the app disappeared as well.

difficulties
It's hard for me sometimes to find the start of the class. It's hard for me to organize the classes because of the schedules. I don't handle this website well. It was difficult for me to change teachers.

Cannot sign through facebook
I don't know where's the problem but I cannot even sign in with fb (iphone12proMax)...after ligging into fb and clicking continue it stays on the sign in methods page and nothing...can you fix that?

All wrong. I installed it because it seemed simple and practical, but at the first class the teacher didn't connect and on top of that they charged me for the class. I'm still waiting for them to answer my complaint. I thought about giving it another chance and I scheduled a class with another teacher and she wrote to me shortly before starting to ask me to postpone it... All wrong. The app charges without giving the classes and the teachers are not serious.

In the app to find professors but I can't stand that after the first lesson I'm forced to subscribe. I would like to do single lessons without commitments and I can't but I have to bind myself to a professor.
