Poorly done
App doesn't allow for any type of auto-complete like you'd expect while filling out long forms, and after trying to activate an account about a dozen times, it continues to fail with zero error messages.

Registration is a mild tumor
Registration gets stuck in the last page before submitting application. I have Chase Sapphire membership and the process should be simple but my wife and I have both tried in 4x different devices without success. It should be noted that I previously had Priority Pass membership and it wasn't this big of a hassle. I'm not computer illiterate but Priority Pass is making me question my sanity. There is a Reddit conversation dedicated to the same issue.

Humiliation by Staff at Swisport Ohare
The Asian lady, who had no nameplate was so rude. The lounge was empty, but was summarily refusing all Priority Pass members. Restricted entry does not mean impunity rights to the staff. Please take it up with the authorities Regards

I was denied entry to the lounge today because I could not show a digital card. But NO digital map can be created in the app. It also says in the terms of use that this is not possible for everyone at the moment. The receptionist in the lounge also found no generation option in the app and turned me away on the grounds that she didn't have time. That's really not how it works and I'm angry because the plane is delayed today ....

You have to register every year, or update the data that has not changed. That's annoying...

when i was travelling to malaysia ,priority pass access denied 2 times also from cochin airport. i don't know how to activate it . email them no response, no number to call .. worst service

App doesn't let you update the billing data, it has errors and doesn't load the update data, I've been trying to update for more than 9 months, I send an email and they don't give me a concrete position of the error monitoring when updating the data. They ask to call the contact center to verify the reason, so they should exclude this option to update the data through the app.

I don't remember my data, I've been trying to access it for three days, they say they'll send the data in the email, but no answers ever arrive, there's no functional phone to contact, I've sent several emails but I don't get a response, I hope to receive some feedback.
