I love the app, but it hasn’t worked in months

When the app is working it is great. I can't access the digital coupons from the app using my preferred store. Will it ever be fixed?

So many updates

Great app, but why does it need an update ever other week? It's like ever time I go into publix, it's asking me to update.. it's a grocery store app, not a game. Stop lol

Outdated turkey breast yesterday selling for over $4.00 per lb sell date by 3/29/24. In brand new store …. Not what I expected. Shame about the lack of customer care… not such where shopping is a pleasure anymore …. This app is not very useful! When trying to comparison shop, you cannot find the prices of items that you want to find, it only gives you the prices on items that are on sale for the current week which is not very helpful! 😡 Also, if you are looking for bogos on a Wednesday, it automatically bumps you into the sneak peek category so that the one thing that you did want to get isn't available until the next day. 😡 sneak peek is an option that you can choose and I did not choose it. 🤬

Can’t do anything

The app has been messed up for over a month, if not more than 2! I can't select a store, see ads, clip coupons. It's basically useless. Please fix this. And my app is updated so that's definitely not the problem

App is completely unreliable

First of all, this is a review of the app, not the store. At least 50% of the time. I cannot use the app as it will not allow me to choose my store. I've done every recommended fix there is, and still no luck. Completely random, but when you want to check the weekly ad quickly or create a shopping list, it's frustrating that you can't do it on the app. Gotta go to the web version. Not happy at all.

No posted prices

Need to post prices on the app. We do grocery shopping exclusively at Publix. It would be helpful when budgeting for our next visit instead of trying to calculate the store. So time consuming.
