Glitches all the time
It glitches all the time sometimes have to wait outside gym as can't get in as app doesn't work. Now at home and still can't get into app ridiculous.

Poor level of equipment cleaning.
The gym where I use in Aldershot, Had a big decline on equipment cleanings! Basically all cardio equipments are full of dust and sweat dry spots. At the beginning the equipment used to be cleaned regularly now very little happens. It is a healthy and safety requirement as a many people using the same equipment. Regards Evair de Oliveira

Bug in the training plan
I've been using this app for a long long time now at least coming to 2 years… but my only issue with the app is that with the personalised workouts it's gives you after you have completed one workout it shows that you have completed it but then when you come to do the other workout on the app after you have completed the 2nd workout it then undoes the 1st workout which then makes it look like I've only done one workout which does annoy me a bit with this app, so I would like to see this get fixed asap by whoever organises the app at PureGym. But besides that it is a really good app and would highly recommend 👍

Slowest app I have seen, and it sometimes is logging me out with no reason! Needs improvement urgently!

It keeps logging me out
The app keeps logging out on my phone. While that would make sense on a shared computer, it makes 0 sense on a personal phone, which is used by 1 person. On top of that, the login screen does not allow me to use the passwords system from iOS, meaning that every time this happens I need to find the email with my pin and manually write my email address. This is frustrating when all I'm trying to do is get into the gym.
