It's simple if you don't have a credit card you can't advance in the game, even after years of playing and their rewards are so ridiculous. And I know in advance that they will answer me (in English of course, not even the effort to answer in French) who are sorry for my bad experience in the game that I can contact them via a ticket blah blah blah, but it's useless. The only solution is either to uninstall (which I did) or to use the credit card like a pig..
