Poorly executed, does not actually auto load coupons, and there is no true rewards program. 1/10 why use an app layout from the early 2000's in '24? Get with the competition.

app never works, keeps sending pass codes that don't work to log in then error try again later

Tried to place an online order for 20 minutes after signing in for it to kick back every time. Deleting app, cannot reccomend.

someone stole my credit card information
Didn't really like the app because canes doesn't have any rewards system like most fast food chains, like no offers or points? and then someone was able to get into my account and use my saved card information to purchase canes in another state and I had to cancel my card…not worth it other than mobile orders.

This app after awhile sucks. It will log in and will not proceed. And the option of the security option needs to be some other way. Sends u to ur email. Make it simple a quick text or something.
