Worst and Useless Cash back App
I stopped using this App because lots of issue. There's a lot of missing cash backs and referral also a worst customer service ever. I don't want to recommend to download and use this App and I don't know if this App is safe since you're sharing your bank details in different stores. Stay safe, Everyone.

No Customer Support
Can't get a live person to help you, you have to fill out a form and wait for someone up contact you. Not only that, but they only sent me a fraction of the cash back earned. I wish I knew why, but I'm waiting for someone to respond to my form. Definitely deleting this app as soon as I hear back.

This app is terrible. It says twenty percent discount on TEMU, it changes to 12% and then lags so bad I cannot process my order. I think it is a scam.

If the Cash back is a high promo, like 20%-100% theres a very high likelihood the trip wont record properly and disputing it with Rakuten will leave you empti-handed. Its absolutely a horrible feeling being baited and lured by high cash back offers only to be denied and have it not record or honored over and over again. The trip records in my history, but of course the purchases conveniently dont. Big SCAM!

UPDATE I just sent a screenshot of the email I received from your people I have had this for 2 weeks all the while trying to add my PayPal account as well as my own secure card. Will not accept either. Tried reaching out only to get an email saying they are busy, but will get back to me. Have never heard back from anyone. Wth kinda place is this!

I signed up for Rakuten assuming that they pay out your cash back rewards on the dates payouts are said to be scheduled on their app. Not true. I ordered things while watching my cash back "reward" multiply but the scheduled payout date came and went with nothing in my attached PayPal account. When I asked, I was told that this number was not a "confirmed" number and that it "takes time" for stores (?) to confirm this. Maybe they shouldn't post a payout schedule and make it seem like you'll get
