You know that saying: "the consumer is always right!"? In Rappi it's the other way around. they don't even give you the right to complain anymore. The request was due at 22:19 and changed to 23:16? Screw it, if you want to cancel you will lose your money. There is no attendant to listen to your complaint, there is no automatic refund (iFood sent souvenirs light years ahead!)

It seems like a nefarious application to me, 2 hours ago I ordered a hamburger my order never arrived and here I am like webon himself hungry and my money? They gave it back to me in rappi points, for what? If your couriers keep the order so why will I buy again?

I WAS ROBBED, I requested an address in Cartagena, Corral paid for Nequi, according to my location, the domiciliary was charging me an additional fee because I did not recognize the address of which I did not agree, I never had a coherent answer they tell me that the address is going to donation, it is not fair a domicile of $200,000 is lost, and the user takes responsibility, don't download it, it's not a safe app, bad customer service.

Bad experience I ordered something in rappi and they did not arrive motorized after 3 hours it came out that my rappi had already arrived and I had canceled the order but it came out that it was still there the truth that I myself went to buy since it had been 1 hour since they changed me like 3 times of delivery man very badly the truth does not comply they leave you waiting like 4 hours still
