If you plan on travelling and doing ANY online banking, get a different bank. They refuse to offer any other kind of verification other than SMS to a Canadian number. Absolutely unacceptable in today's world. I'll be removing all of my investments from RBC when I get back to Canada.

There's a bug with Interac e-Transfers: there's a mix with the security question and the security answer. To be corrected!

Inconvenient messy almost unusable. Poor security with trusted device nonsense makes online banking fairly useless.

E transfer doesn't work on app which sucks as the app has a higher transfer limit than online browser does.

App looks like it's from 2007, no authenticator apps or passcodes means we're a sim swap attack from drained funds
