Unable to block delete notifications
I get notifications via the app and on my phone. However, I have 78 notifications unread in my app and can't “select all” and “delete selected”. Can you add this functionality please as I refuse to delete each one individually! Thanks in advance.

New bug as of today 09 may 2024, transactions showing misaligned with amounts. Rebooting phoned fixed it, which would suggest maybe a dependency was updated causing the problem

Distant banking not customisable
This app is now our total point of contact with the bank. I would prefer a human. The message facility is a bot which never answers my questions and tells me to ask something different. I had to remove my face from biometrics as it never worked. I need a different interface, font, colour scheme but despite trying to ask for this nothing has been done. I have physical and mental problems which are not being catered for. RBS is now just the same as using an online bank. We used to have service but not now. Update: it generally knows who I am now. I'm also set to dark scheme but it always goes painfully bright when I confirm the payment. Our branch has closed, but as we haven't been allowed to contact them for a long time that's not going to matter. I only do routine banking on this app. If I have a problem, I just shrug and cross my fingers. We used to have a good bank. Heaven knows what's going on now. If only there were humans in there, no Scottish accents anymore. I don't have any trust left.

I've had so many poor experiences with this app that I don't often pay online with my RBS card now (use card from another bank account). Firstly when I leave a website to go to the app to authenticate a payment, when I return to the web page it refreshes and I have to do the transaction again multiple times. No option of OTP instead of app. Other problem is RBS just blocked my genuine payment for no reason - very inconvenient - security levels unnecessarily tight. Thinking of moving my account.

It’s available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Please note that the app contains images when logging in, that may cause a reaction in individuals who are photosensitive. You can however switch these off for your device by visiting the ‘settings’ menu and the ‘accessibility’ menu where you will be able to find animation control settings (note this is not within our app but on your devices settings itself).

You’re in control of your money 
From being able to quickly check your account balances and transactions, to moving money between accounts, sending money securely to others and paying someone new up to £1000 without a card reader or getting cash from an ATM without your debit card, our app gives you greater control of your finances. 

You can manage your bills easily and check the details of Direct Debits and standing orders. If you need a hand with anything, our Secure Messaging tool lets you to contact us in-app for any extra help.

Important information for you
•	There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be aged 16 or over.
•	Get Cash - Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked).
•	Fingerprint and facial recognition are available on selected devices.
•	Credit score available once opted in through the app, to customers aged 18+, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion.
•	Spending - You must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premier Current accounts.
•	You can freeze and unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. 
•	You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days, that include up to seven countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan will apply to debit cards only, attached to accounts that are managed via mobile banking, and only in your name. Joint account holders should register separately.
•	Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only.
•	Savings goal available on instant access savings accounts.
•	My Loyalty Cards is available to customers aged 18+.
