Although this is probably the cheapest call service so far. The connection can be challenging and to top up the credit is also tricky. They don't allow me to top up but they didn't tell me I have to add a payment method first. Maybe the design of the app interface could be better?

This is an uttermost SCAM! I downloaded the app and opted in for a trial for 7days. Once I set up the payment via paypal, I can never ever log in to my account on the app or online anymore. I was asked for an authentication code which was never sent to me. I have NO access to the account at all. I tried to reset my pin, and as usual, it never arrived. Since I have no access to the account at all after putting my credit card detail, you can't cancel subscription, and they just automatically charg

Calls are shown as private number despite caller ID being active
Everything works just fine if it wasn't for the bug that the caller ID is being hidden, even when that option is disabled. Would love to see a fix for that.

RED FLAG! Tried to subscribe the plan a week ago. Then few days later I received an email said my account got restricted. So I replied and got an answer saying maybe my payment issues and ask me resubscribed . That's made sense so I tried to login to change the bank numbers. But the account already locked. Could not make any changes. Tried to ask a couple of unlocked the account so I could make the payment. Now they ask me send them a credit card statement or passport copies? No way! SCAM!

Disappointed. The calls keep cutting off for no reason after a few minutes with the reason that the credit is exhausted while I have more than 2h00 of credit. I have to close the application to regain my correct credit and then I call back but the problem occurs every time.
