Love being able to search by dates and checkout is easy. The search functions are a bit spotty; trying to sewrch by map alone is not easy.

Everytime I try to "Continue to Cart", nothing happens. After I exit out and try to start over again, I get a message saying that I'm only allowed to reserve 1 ticket per day and to check my cart, but when I check my cart, it's empty. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.

Great overview and easy to use. Unfortunately registration requires a phone number and only US phone numbers are accepted. This makes it unusable for international visitors. Edit: you can register via website instead. But buying a ticket via Google pay results in a technical error. I'm afraid I can't confirm all the good reviews here.

Easy app to use
App is easy to use and find specific site info. The reason I only gave the app a four star is that the release dates are not consistent. sometimes it says you can only book 6 months out other times you look and it's already booked nine months out.

OK but…
app is ok but beware when reserving at release dates….i noticed app may show nothing available but if you use regular desktop or safari etc it is available. some type of glitch. be cautious

Good app, but Booz Allen fees are robbery
National Parks and all public lands must have public review and commentary before they are allowed to change their fee structure. But the for-profit company that runs this app is allowed to charge huge fees per transaction that don't benefit our public lands or public workers in any way, with no opportunity for the public to comment. For instance, we reserved a $12 campsite at a BLM site, but had to pay an $8 reservation fee for it!! I wouldn't at all mind if that $20 was actually going to help the Bureau of Land Management do their important work, but to have to pay a 67% fee to Booz Allen in order to get to camp on BLM land for one night is OUTRAGEOUS. If this app were actually run by the federal government, that would be awesome, but this private firm should be allowed to such this much pure profit out of our public lands system.
