App stopped letting me login on any device or desktop. When I could login it wouldn't let me use bill pay or mobile deposit. I have called and had multiple trouble tickets put in, and nothing has been resolved. No one has contacted me. At this point I think I need to take my money somewhere else. It's impossible to function like this

Cannot utilize features

I am not sure why the app no longer allows me to do transfers from my checking to savings or make my Zelle transfers. This is very frustrating for me because the purpose of having the app on my phone is to be able to make transactions without having to lug around my laptop. I have looked to see if there are any new updates but alas none. How does one resolve this?

Unable to make mobile deposit

Everytime I go into the app to make a deposit, I get an error message.

Quit working. I open the app and it just sits there with the Regions logo and nothing happens. I don't live near a branch so the app is my go to.

Screen froze at launch

When im on cellular internet the screen freezes at launch and eventually crashes. No exceptions - plenty of bars When im on wireless connection, it opens without issue. No exceptions. Annoying as i depend on my cellular internet which is strong and runs all other online apps without issue.

Web & mobile app not working!!!

Opened a checking account two weeks ago tomorrow. Both web and mobile app have worked intermittently, but mostly not worked. Calling their [phone] support has been as follows: Monday - was told a support ticket was opened with internal support. Issue should be resolved in 1-2 business days. Wednesday - was told it would 1-3 business days and should be resolved by next day. And now Friday - was told the support ticket was “touched” on past Tuesday but still in open status. No other detail could be provided except the support team only works Mon - Friday until 5pm local time, so, I should not expect to hear an update until next Monday, possibly Tuesday. This is beyond horrible service. We have already redirected our direct deposit to this account. And one evening while the service was working (only in the mobile app), in good faith, we updated this new account's bill pay for bills due during this current month. And now, we cannot access any bill pay settings. Makes me want to scream!!! I have actually. Having your hard earned money being held hostage is a miserable feeling. And to mention the worry of late fees for unpaid bills for no direct fault of your own. I pray someone at Regions, with the ability to get this resolved, reads this reviews very regularly and contacts me ASAP.
