sometimes fine enough other times they can't find them optimal route.. ex.. Hobro Viborg .. recommend the train.. in 1 hour and 40 minutes. while the bus only takes 1 hour. I often think that DSB is too distributed. But 90% of the time, it's the perfect solution.

Can’t be trusted
Late info on cancellations. Probably DSB's fault… or Banedanmark. The entire train system is useless in Denmark if you want to rely on public transportation and be sure that arrive on time. I bought more polluting options because society still expects us to be punctual and Rejseplanen is part of a system that cannot deliver.

The itinerary hasn't been improved in more than ten years
I only use the itinerary because there are no better alternatives. Especially when you are in areas where you are not familiar with the place, the app is not optimal, but you may not notice it, as you do not know the place and its timetables/road names etc. in advance. If you are going on several different buses or trains, or if you want a shorter stay along the way, there is no possibility to plan a tailor-made itinerary. I have several times experienced that rejseplanen.dk have indicated a completely stupid route or have overlooked something quite obvious. Rejseplanen.dk works best for traveling from A to B without too many changes and in an already familiar area. A couple of old-fashioned timetables on paper are more effective, but nowadays you have to print out and staple that kind of thing yourself, practice practice... My big wish: Get it improved now!

You just can't trust the itinerary. Cancelled trains and trains that just don't arrive just don't exist/register on the itinerary. Are you looking to close down DSB, or what is the plan?
