SCAM!!!! Continues to charge credit card even after you delete account
I am currently fighting with BetterSleep because they continue to charge my card $59.99/month, despite me not having an active subscription with them. I cancelled during the trial period over a month ago, showing it is inactive/cancelled in Apple Subscriptions. In the app itself, it also showed my account as “inactive/cancelled”. BetterSleep still attempted to charge my card $59.99 three times in a row, so I went to their actual website and deleted my account. I have email and screenshots proving that I do not have a subscription, and that I deleted my account. Despite all that, they STILL charged my account $59.99 today. I am working with my credit card to make sure they are blocked from any further charges. I am now working with my credit card company & Apple to flag this app

Why did it change?
Edit: The seller response is much appreciated! This is the only app I've ever found that actually helps me sleep. The noises are varied enough that I can create something my brain won't focus on. I hope the easier user interface comes back. But I'll deal with it for the sake of being able to get some rest. I LOVE this app. I've used it every night for 2+ years. And I opened it up today to find that the play bar that is usually at the bottom is gone? Why did you remove it? It's such a hassle now to get everything set up. Please change it back, so I can change my review back to 5 stars and enjoy the app again!

I subscribed to the free trial and canceled it because I didn't like the app, after a while I see that the same app took a large amount of money from my bank account, I requested the refund and they rejected it, I'm still waiting for my money, they are scammers

this app is a complete scam
Why in the world would anyone download this garbage to get paywalled and get your data sold? Use your brain and go to YouTube, download anyone sound you want FOR FREE through y2 mate, and that's it. Don't get scammed by useless devs that try to profit off people who dont know about easy and free alternatives.

Disappointed
There is a noticeable skip in the loop which makes it not relaxing to listen too. You can hear where the loop begins and ends. Also, the feedback link in the app is broken. I could not send my email, and then I could not exit that screen. Lots of bugs. I'd avoid.

When it works it’s great.
It's an expensive app. When it works it actually helps me fall asleep. Lots of selection and variety of stories and sounds and meditation. When it doesn't work, which it doesn't right now, it's actually difficult to sleep. App is currently having major issues and not able to play stories for longer than a few mins. Support has been good in getting back to me and advising on fixes, but none of it is working.

Not very good
I didn't get the subscription so i tracked my sleep but couldn't look at any of my stuff. So the app was keeping my personalized information from me. It makes you pay to see your personalized information.

I don't give it 5 because it bothers me a lot that most of the sounds that the app has are paid, but otherwise dpm.
