I pay for serpent as you never receive. That is my problem with you people. I'm still waiting for an order. I guess you want to collect. I'm not paying until I receive it

My sons ps4 broke and I really wanted to get him a ps5 but didn't want to drop that much cash at once so decided to give rent a center a shot. Everything seemed fine until delivery when the delivery driver walks up to my porch and hands me the console, a controller and 2 chords, no box, no owners manual, no nothing! I was a bit confused because when I was filling out my application, I made sure I marked brand new, I would NEVER rent a used console for obvious reasons. There's more than likely a reason someone sent it back. If I would have known it was going to be a used console there's no way I would have went through with it. The quoted rate for a brand new one is what I'm paying for a used one and I won't even get into the finance charges. Even the same as price cost is astronomically higher than everywhere else. I had full intentions on paying the entire contract and owning it but I'm not paying 3 times the price of a brand new console for a used one. My son hooked it up and it has another log in saved on it. Took us forever to figure out how to restore it to delete everything previously on it. Needless to say, im looking into other much more cost effective ways to get my son a different, NEW console and sending this one back. Rent a center would be the go to if it wasn't so outrageously expensive. The whole reason behind it is for low income people to purchase things they don't have the credit to otherwise purchase so how do they expect them to afford to pay 3 times the amount? I would have stayed with them but the used console did it for me. Not even a box or owners manual and we won't even get into the coupons and stuff that come in the box that we didn't get.

For the last couple weeks, I was not able to make a payment through the rent-A-Center app

Sad. Have good credit with this place. And a problem with sickness came up with cancer. They don't even call and come pick the merchandise up. It's all good. Found a better TV and it was almost 700 to a thousand dollars cheaper. There loss not mine. Next time if I need something I'll go to other centers first or go to warehouses that sale much cheaper.

When you log into your account, it shows nothing. So what's the point if I can't view my terms of agreement or previous payments? If I didn't absolutely need the furniture I received, I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone I care about. They broke my dresser upon delivery and also a night stand. It's been two months and I've yet to hear anything about my replacements they promised me. I get absolutely HOUNDED on payment days, his forbid if my card on file doesn't go through for whatever reason. I'll then receive 5-6 calls that day about making a payment. Something seriously shady is going on with this company. I pay a different amount every week as well. Yet, I can't view my terms, bc the app and website are beyond terrible. I've called district managers but they just made the situation worse. Do any and everything you can to avoid this company.

Not very informative about online orders

Rent a center are crooks.Rhe one in Albany,GA refuses to do honest business.Everyone I know will know how crooked the employees and managers are for the S.Slappey Rent a Center in Albany,GA.....Long standing customer and they continue to practice unethical and dirty business practices.

I am a VIP in Carson City Rent-A-Center always pay my bills on time or ahead this one you guys think I'm not gonna pay my bill I called and ask if I could be four days late and you guys acted like I was running out with the item I will never ever buy anything from you guys ever again, and I will not recommend you guys to anybody
