Not reliable
Right after I moved out all my crevice requests for maintenance were gone! Very convenient for the property management. So if you will need a proof of your requests they will be gone…,

App doesn't follow play store settings and update as demanded. Also, the maintenance requesting is not open ended, and the multiple choice answers do not apply. So you have to select whatever and just leave comments.

Poor service
I cannot get into my portal even though I've had it for several years. It claims my password isn't mine, it is. So I changed the password and it still isn't working..please advise!

I gave it 4 stars because this app needs some tweeking. It never shows my payments after I make the payment. So u can't prove u made a payment.

Absolute Trash
Our property management company just switched to this company and I couldn't be more irritated. It's impossible to login on the website because they just send you on an endless loop without ever actually getting to a login section. So I went and got the app and this thing is terrible. I'm trying to submit a maintenance request but it's blocking me because “description required” even though I filled that in. Beyond that, it's limited options, clunky, and they charge you a fee for using it.

So faulty
I have to update this manually by removing and installing every time I have to use it. Sadly this only happens when submitting work orders. For payment, this app never fails. -5 stars
Resident Portal Mobile - Product Description
The ResidentPortal app provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone.

Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features).
 
Much of the ResidentPortal app is configurable by the property in which you live. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, payment days, full balance payment requirements, or maintenance request availability.

•  Pay by Voice - Allows you to quickly pay rent by searching 'Pay My Rent' from Spotlight Search and linking directly to the make payment screen in the app. 
•  One-Tap Pay - Pay rent with a single tap right from your smartphone. The app remembers your last used payment method and knows your exact balance due.
•  RentNotify - Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent.
•  Contact Property - Contact your property directly from the app. The app automatically routes your call to the appropriate after-hours number when the office closes.
•  Submit Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance request right from the app. 
•  Take a Picture of the Problem - Use your smart phone's camera to take a picture of the maintenance issue without leaving the app.
•  Inspections - Complete move-in, maintenance, and other inspections right from your mobile device.
