A shame!
I wanted to change my address. From Martinique to France, impossible, to force me to close my account to open another one. After this closing, a show I was supposed to go to was cancelled. So the theater reimbursed me on my revolut card. Unfortunately my account no longer exists. Since March I have been in conversation with them to get him to give me this money that is owed to me! Impossible to get it back, they find all the excuses in the world. During 3 emails, I had to prove my identity. Then he changes my interlocutor. So he asks me again to confirm my identity. To tell me that it's not good. I'm giving my identity back, Ah well this time it's good. To end up telling me that they have no solution to give me, another team will take care of my file. Gang of thieves! Give me back my money!

Transfers to Saudi Arabia Extremely difficult
I got Revolut to make bank transfers, etc. To Saudi Arabia. The first transfer only went after an endlessly long list of questions (suspicion of fraud). It was about the payment of an invoice to Mercedes Saudi Arabia... The second transfer was even rejected altogether. The name of the company is similar to a name on a blacklist. it was about the payment of customs duties in Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, the app is completely useless for me. Thanks for you feedback! From my view this is a Revolut problem. My "normal" German bank has had no problem to transfer the money to this account. So for me still it looks Revolut is here more complicated than other banks.

I understand mistakes are inevitable honestly what is done to correct an error is way more important to me. I feel like I gave your company more than enough opportunities and chances to correct your mistakes and earn my confidence but every single time you failed. It's sad because if you were actually able to do what you are advertising it would have been great, it's exactly what I was looking for and more. I had all intentions of switching all of my bank over to you including my direct deposit accounts because I loved the <18 card program you were offering and wanted to set my 16 year old daughter up with an account. Unfortunately I got the run around for months … had to reorder her card over and over while waiting for her card to be delivered sometimes months in between. Customer service was about 50/50… 1/2 the time I got someone that actually knew what they were talking about and really did try to help me and the other half was very frustrating as the customer service was the exact opposite, with empty promises, no accurate information and even rude people that were implying that it was my fault they couldn't get their process right and couldn't seem to get an <18 card delivered to us. It is now June (I started this in December) and I still have not received her card. I am grateful I did not transfer my bank to your company… considering this could have easily been resolved by simply adding tracking to the card when it was mailed out, but I was told that they can't do that with the <18 card (they do it when sending out the regular cards which I received with out issue at the same delivery address.) You would think after a few failed deliveries that would be a no brainer. Very sad, I had high hopes for your company, what you offer is great, what you actually serve is absolutely unacceptable by any standards. Very disappointed. FAIL …

I like the app, but it’s not reliable
I use revolut to buy crypto and recently Unrealized return is disappeared from displaying when I switch to CZK. I like the old interface better, when you could easily switch between currencies and when you could sort listings of your crypto by name/amount/profit etc.

I didn't get a card and not even a callback.I wrote to Revolutan asking for a callback and it wasn't. I'm disappointed. And never again, that was for me.
