It works well but the guest keys option leaves a lot to be desired, it should be simpler and you don't have to install the app or have to become a user

Terrible, good years ago, went bad when main programmer went. If one changes the name which is possible then the name still as it was behind the scene this means the ring won't ring, same for motions. It tells you a person is there when a branch moves, connection get interrupted and they won't admit it is their server popping up a connection error asking the client to check their Internet connection. Support is as bad as their software developers. And one still will have to pay a subscription.

It's real slow.It doesn't catch up with the footage. And the footage looks like from 1979 Definitely not high definition. Plus no matter how good your internet connection is.This camera finds a way how to slow down your footage. it takes forever to open i'm app

I have two cameras front and back doors. The back door has always worked, the front door has never worked. It's getting power but it will not connect and I don't know why or how to fix it. Currently I am getting a message to update my app and I have tried this at least four times and it gets to the point where it says the update will be installed. But it never it's any farther it's never installed and I keep getting this message. It's just plain annoying either it works or it doesn't

Haven't received a notification in the past month. Having a ring that doesn't alert me is useless. I was almost ready to buy 2 more. Looking for an alternative.

I thought it was just me or my phone or Internet until I saw the reviews. My ring no longer gives me notifications and neither can I log back in. The screen is just 🔵 blue when I try to log into the app. This really sucks. I won't be purchasing the new ring camera. I'll look for other cameras other than ring.
