THE WORST GIG APP ON HERE!!
First of all the trips aren't worth it… they are getting payed a good amount of money for every trip we make and they pay drivers cents to a mile.. always want people to take long trips and pay them nothing literally… never show the nearby trips not until you've taken another trip taking you miles away that ain't worth it.. sometimes they're orders won't be ready for pick up or they'll give the wrong info and you suffer because of the waste of time.. I don't recommend this to nobody that doesn't have a full time job and this is their full time because you won't think it's worth it..

New verification is excessive
Even before the update it made me verify every other order. Now I have to every time. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if it didn't make me after I'm already driving. And god forbid I'm on the highway. I just have to pray an exit comes up before before the timer expires. This has already cost me multiple orders because you usually don't get it back when you resubmit. There's other issues but I'm tired of writing

A great app but…
I am upset because this morning I entered the wrong password, causing the app to be locked until I reset my password. I used to have up to three attempts to enter my correct password before I got locked out of my account.

This app sucks, I don't recommend this delivery app. It crashes a lot! Then the company meaning Roadie wants to blame the drivers!!

Glitch Errors
Absolutely no customer support whatsoever. I've been a driver for Roadie almost 2 1/2 years. I had to change my phone number due to and breach with AT&T. I can't log back into my account and they will not take my change phone number. I've sent out three tickets for customer help and for driver help no reply. It's just useless.

It's not worth it. The trip are long and some of these items are way too heavy for one person and the pay is no good

Not accepting any password I choose, no matter how complicated I make it. I've got to somehow remember it myself.
