Terrible app n renewal Scam

They automatically renewed my membership when I did not want it renewed. Supposedly they sent an email saying if we don't hear from u it's automatically renewed. So wrong. They could see I never used it but still refused to refund my payment. It's very expensive app and is not user friendly. You cannot talk to a live person n they refused to give me the name and numbers of the upper mgmt…saying they did not have it. So bogus! I don't recommend this app at all! Don't waste ur money!

BE WARNED

I spent hours putting together a trip during my free trial and now that it's expired the only way to access it is to pay $36. What a waste of my time. Make sure you export the PDF before your trial runs out!

Am I missing something?

I'm trying to create a trip I want and not use their auto-route. I can't figure out how to change the route it original proposed. When I go to their website it says “Trips cannot be modified within the app by dragging and dropping…you must log into Roadtrippers.com to do edit then save, then…la,la,la. How can an iPad app not allow drag & drop unless it was created back in the 90's. Actually why even have an iPad app without that feature. The app does seem to have a cool feature of seeing POI's along the route…but if I can't make it map the route I want, what use is that feature.

Needs more work

Turn by turn directions are inconsistent and not enough lead time to make turns. Does not appear to be Apple phone compatible as it keeps on dropping CarPlay after a while.

Didn’t even use it.

It was somewhat clunky. It also forces you to switch back and forth from their app to Google maps or some other map. Frustrating. I am jot happy I wasted $50

Good till it froze

The app froze so I had to delete and reinstall and all planning is lost. Screw it. Subscribed for one week free trial and it charged me for the first month anyways. Now have to get a refund. Well use paper map.

Value?!?

Bought the annual membership and I have not found any value of this service. The free sites offer more benefit as far as I have found.

New updates completely wrecked my planned trip

Kicked out of current tier with changes and put in Basic which left me suddenly unable to unlock my trip. When I tried to clean up my account to see if that would allow access, it deleted the entire trip instead. Basic is a total waste of money for a trip of more than a few days, and I'm really upset to lose all my work.
