Can't sign in to pay mortgage on the app. Everytime I log in it immediately says "session expired" and kicks me out

The app is fine, works great! The down side is you can't barely look at anything on the app without recieving multiple calls trying to get you to refinance. So that is extremely annoying, other then that no issues.

Disappointed
The app itself serves my needs without a hitch. It's just very unfortunate that they are forcing you to upgrade to iOS 16 to be able to log in now. I'm still using an iPhone 7 which continues to work fine for my needs. Was this Rocket's decision, or Apple forcing devs to make their apps iOS 16+ compliant? If at all possible, I wish that this app would still support iOS 15 so that I don't have to buy a new phone when my existing one still works fine.

Why did this app led me to a website version instead of app version when tried to sign in? Is this app actually broke down now?

App is really bad
I can't even enter my phone number because on the “claim a loan” page where you enter your ss no and birth date the phone number is behind a button that says “continue” so every time I press “continue“ it just says “enter a valid phone number”. Dumbest thing I've ever seen. iPhone 14 Pro Max with latest iOS.

Easy to use wish the payment would deduct automatically instead of pending.

Beware, it has access to a lot and you cannot change what it has access to. It keeps downloading stuff to my phone.

Doesn’t work anymore
It worked fine for a long time. But all of a sudden every time I try to use it it says they are having problems. Been doing this for a long time now. I even deleted and reloaded it and still same.
