Very poor KYC verification process, registered over a week ago , but still can't complete my KYC verification, you guys should work on this , provide other means of kyc verification. Almost everybody that downloaded the app is complaining about same issue yet no improvement. It sucks.

Roqqu is a great app,joined 3 years ago but took a long break due to FG Ban, just started trading again about a month ago,but today I tried transferring out of roqqu and it's saying "this channel is currently not available" my app is updated, what should I do

Withdrawal hanging for over 48hrs
I made a usdt withdrawal since Sunday morning and up till now the receiving wallet hasn't gotten it. I have messaged support they told me it will be done in 24hrs but this is more than 48hrs and no positive response. This issue is highly fustrating and discouraging. I hope you look in to it tomorrow. I will be glad to write a better review once my issue is resolved.

Roqqu was good before but right now, the app is too slow for reasons I don't know, maybe it's about to crash or something cause I don't know the reason why transaction takes ages to be completed. They've caused me damages in my small business not long, I had to borrow to sort and second time I tried, it's same I have to message customer care on both occasions, right now am still waiting for the transaction to come in since Tuesday. Time is money

Why is it now difficult to swap coin from your platform to another. My 15,000 naira coin hanged up to today. This led to my account being hacked and you are telling your platform is equipped with military grade security system. This must be a joke

The app's verification process is a major letdown. It continuously rolls, preventing account verification despite multiple attempts. This flaw severely impacts the user experience, overshadowing its promising features. Until fixed, I cannot recommend this app for crypto trading.
