Help
I have a new iphone and up to date os. The speech recognition is very inconsistent. Frustrating. Also, why are we spending so much time (in the Spanish course) practicing saying China and Russia and also just random people's names

Last update ruined texts
Text exercises have a couple of annoying bugs: 1. New words that are highlighted are not clickable, so I can't see a translation of a word 2. Running line stops and sometimes disappears when you switch between audio and text modes. The same happens after a try to click on a highlighted word.

Wont let me delete my account
It won't let me delete comes up with blank screens for help and to verify my email and found out it doesn't work in uk. Delete my account please.

Rosetta Stone
Was upset using the voice feature for years so deleted the app years ago. You have updated it now and I haven't had an issue. I wish the business advanced class was available with my lifetime purchase and would have liked the rosetta stone live for free. Other than that a good app now. The lessons are simple and straightforward without being overwhelming. I enjoy learning on the app now. I am currently learning Vietnamese. I am hoping the other languages have updated as well.

Frustrating to use
The ui in this app is slow. The developers seem more concerned with animations than usability. The translate button only works half the time. I do not recommend using this interface if you want to learn quickly.

Very good application for learning a language by yourself, but the voice recognition should be improved, I can repeat the word/kana 10 times, nothing helps.

The app is not that bad, even if the layout of the images and buttons is not optimal for mobile. But mobile loads are often very long even with full 5g. On the function/mechanics side, I would have liked a place where we could just practice vocabulary words, writing, Kanji recognition. Often there are sentences that, even if I manage to put them on images, I don't understand the substance and that discourages me.

If you take many languages it is too cookie cutter
I've taken and completed Latin Spanish, Persian, Italian, Vietnamese, Arabic, and I am 2/3 complete with Hindi . Each language is almost identical in content, pictures, and order of what is taught so far. Rosetta Stone should really try to make each course unique in terms of content and specifically use pictures unique to each course. They need to modernize and update each course individually with unique photos and content to keep the platform fresh. I should not be able to predict what I will learn in each unit, and it is insulting to me to recycle the course material. I want to learn and I want to be challenged like I was with my first Rosetta stoke course (Spanish). The magic needs to continue, and each course needs to be a stand-alone effort. Also I should note that Rosetta and supported extras like stories are excellent for Spanish and Italian. However, they haven't given much attention to Persian, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Hindi . So these courses do have a few errors and less added features.
