DO NOT INSTALL (UK based opinion) 3rd party provider. For example. I ordered something, I got an email suggesting I needed to install this for tracking info. However the shipment is via UPS so has their info. App requires access to your inbox to access the shipment updates....which you got yourself via email. (UK) (This may work better in the U.S where multiple carriers are utilised over one shipment?)

Maybe a hacker app
Web site was very strange. Had to sign agreement after payment. App forced password for google to track. I feel everything on my phone may have been compromised. Website: defendershield.com. Recommend not using. Thank goodness have iPhone.

Why bother?
A totally unnecessary personal data collection app. I've never had trouble tracking a package, and now I've ordered something from a company who, instead of simply sending me a tracking number, sends me a link to a third-party tracking app that requires me to download it and use it. Ridiculous! They do not even include the tracking number in the notification email. I'll never purchase anything from this company again, because of their use of Route.

Wants to read my emails!!
Why on earth would you want access to read my emails to deliver a parcel. My emails are confidential and private. This is an intrusion of privacy and so bizarre to me.

The app do nothing, unless you give full access to your email profile (username and password!!!!), AND requested my phone unlock code!!!! Outrageous!!!

Bad experience. I purchased route to ensure a package that was sent off 5 days ago according to USPS it's been sitting in a facility for over 5 days when I paid for shipping and delivery in a certain time frame. Route shows my order as does the USPS site what route says my email address and order number are wrong. I triple checked with the seller everything is right I even sent them screen shots. You cannot talk to someone without an email and order number and apparently you can't talk anyway.

Has access to all of your emails. Won't allow you to remove yourself. I had to come here to ask for help. Already deleted the app. There is no button in the app for removing your email. How do I remove my email? SCAMMY
