In general it's a great game, the app is comfortable and user friendly. The game based on war and growth however due to the fact that money involved and ppl can grow fast by buying packs it corrupted the game Ppl buying packs from 3rd party and have bot camps and get the first place at all the event, than small players cannot grow and the game becomes boring EVONY loves money and this is the main reason of the game therefor you don't care if we enjoy the game. Just making sure that we will keep buying, in addition the game and the evens are the same over and over again: Viking, Huns invasion, Maya, pyramid, Barb… same events over and over again

Battle of chalons matchup
I would like compensation for my alliance. You guys have consistently placed is in an unfair matchup for chalons so that we are not ever going to be able to win. This game is supposed to be a fair playing field but in the battle of chalons we are matched with 3 other alliances that range from 2x to 1[hash_id] bigger than us. How is that fair. We have no chance at all. This last round we are matched with alliance with power 449b, 225b, 205b, and then us 44b. There's no fairness at all in this matchup.

Designment of the game
I played this game for 3 or 4 years I only got up to k32 and then quit because the more I realized I like war games this is not a war game it's more of a casino game bet high win high or bet small and win small if the game was not such a money grab or a lot of cheating in the events I would have stayed but I also played for like 20 hours straight just to realize it gets you nowhere in the game or real life I mean 10 years of this game if you play for that long will get you zeroed in one hit by high spenders and you heal or recover then realize that it more pointless to build a base if buffs are pay to win sub city's are pay to win 99% of the game is pay to win the 1 percent is not even worth playing to be honest if you see this message don't get the game and if you have it delete it if you think of friends there not your friends they just play the game with you this game reminds me of the matrix can not win stuck in a game grind for hours and hours of your day to get nowhere so please I beg you not to get this game

Good game, but t You get addicted and stay for the people, greed and analytics they have you by the short and curlys nothing is ever fair! Ever! Your matched against opponents you can't possibly beat the whole things set up against you and to take every bit of money you have. Support is terrible Wkrs

Customer Support is what makes this an actual War
This is a war based mobile app game, you have two enemies in this game, the first enemy are your opponents, i.e. other players and the second enemy, enemy number 1, is customer service. Most responses are AI, if you do reach one of the 3 staff members they have to support the millions of downloads, these few staff members do not have a grasp of the game and what your issue even means. Their objective is to wear you down so you give up and stop writing. For example, you will experience Notorious lag issues during competitive battles and you have to fight for MONTHS to get compensation for losing items due to their lag and myriad of other technical issues. No joke, months of mailing them daily, for simply having items you paid for, returned. It's actual theft. Clash of Clans customer support are understanding, prompt, and generous when responding to their own games technical issues. Which are few and far between. I recommend trying Clash of Clans.

Couldn’t Level up
I quit playing after only a about a month of playing . I couldn't level up anything . Everything was stuck on level 8 because my keep couldn't be up graded. Only so many low level troops you can train until you get bored . Can't do squat in the game if you are unable to level up . At least I didn't spend too much real money on the game .
