Exit process is ridiculous
If it's a requirement that an associate double check what I've already paid for…. then ensure the door is properly staffed. It unreasonable to expect patrons to wait in another line after they've spent their hard earned money- twice!! Once for the membership, then for the items they've purchased.

I only use Scan and Go, and it works fine except there is no ability to search for items to determine if they have them in stock in the club where I am, or what aisle. Every club has its own layout and inventory varies, so that function would be helpful.

Paul at the checkout door on 14 May at 12:20 was the most unfriendly person that I've encountered at Sam's club. He could not even utter/mumble a thank you.

weird
if I order, my allergy spray is $28 and change when I added the upgrade to it becomes $36. Yes, the shipping is free but it's cheaper for me to just buy it without upgrading then it would not let me change my name. my name is not my first name I would go ahead and change it done and when I go backname is my whole name. I guess I'll call tomorrow. Find out what the heck is going on, but yeah, it was the whole ordeal was freaking me out tonight.

App doesn’t work properly
Every time I use the app something happened. it's very hard to use i deleted and reinstalled but it seems that it won't work. I'm going to keep trying hopefully this time I'll get all my items very rude employees because they forgot to give 1 them like it was my fault.

A few changes
There have been some changes that have been interesting to experience. Things such as prepackaged chicken (individual pouches) which have limited the selection I normally purchase and seen excessively wasteful when it comes to single use plastics. Additionally, this club has done away with providing boxes after checkout. This is not always needed but today I could have used some and I was taken aback that the option had been removed. Today I'll give three stars due to this, but I'm not 100% deferred from returning.
