TERRIBLE 🗑
This is got to be the worst app I have ever used in my whole life.. Who even thought of the design of this banking app it's clunky it's slow and it's definitely buggy. My god this bank is absolutely horrible. Take NOTE on how to build an app from chase bank! FIRE YOUR DEVELOPERS ASAP👎🏼

When I log in, it asks for authentication by sending me a text message. When I try to click the "continue" button to receive the message for authentication, the button itself doesn't register my tap. Only the cancel button does. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it'll register my touch, but continues to not work. Because of this bug, I've been unable to access my bank. 1 star for now until this bug gets fixed.

Check deposited function get worst
It wouldn't recognize the check amount correctly. Lately it has been very frustrating to use the app. It used to be much better.

Hate this app
I've been banking with SFFCU since maybe 2014 & there's been 2 major updates to the app. I believe they've created a completely new app in totality. When this occurred, I have had issues locking or unlocking my card. I notice this usually occurs early morning like 1am-6am for an example and it's extremely irritating. Why have a feature that can't function 24/7? That makes 0 sense. Never had an issue with the old app. This has been an issue for a few years too. It's not a new issue. Luckily this is not my only account because if it were an emergency, I would be somewhere stranded or worse. Fix this feature and stop inconveniencing your members.

2024 - the app is fine now
I see a lot of old reviews for the app. Yes, the app used to have plenty of issues. However, in 2024, the app is reliable and functioning well. I do not use the accessibility features; so, I cannot offer input about the experience for the blind or other conditions. But, for the average user, the app is working well.
