Maybe it's just me but every time I want to use the app lately, I'm having to sign in each time. Hugely annoying.

It's a good app but it takes absolutely ages to open and it takes payments by opening a browser as well. I'm on Pixel 6.

For many weeks app has been stuck on a loop of login+register page - I login, and it sends me straight back to the start! 👎

Been buying at Screwfix for 40 years. Since "we've improved the app", login fails then app loops.. It's so important to have competent IT. Toolstation by default then.

Why change it, ruined
Since changing the checkout to be an embedded version of their website, instead of the in app checkout they had before, they have ruined this app. It constantly has mismatches between stock in app and stock at checkout. So you have a basket, go to checkout and it says they haven't stock. You go to the store and sure enough, the app was right, they have stock, you just cant checkout through the app any more, rendering it useless. And all the staff know, every time you go in, they know what your problem is, the checkout doesn't work. It was almost perfect(why cant you filter by stock in store, i spend hours going through every item to see if there is stock for collection), now its useless, prob going to swap to toolstation.

Seems to take forever to load up these days, just to be quicker but just get a blue screen for ages. Put me off using it.
