Horrifying experience with this company
Excitedly, I clicked on the first listing for “Denver Nuggets” while Game 4 was taking place 928 miles away and near halftime I purchased the first listed ticket, then realized it was for Game 4. This was obviously an error. No resolution offered. Just lit close to $200 on fire. Beware of what you purchase from this group of collective scam artists.

New Ticketmaster
Absolutely screwing customers and giving no market for selling. Will only let the venue sell tickets below listing days in advance. We have no market to sell tickets purchased 10 months ago.

The worst trash and scam don't buy with this crap app when you buy the tickets they immediately take the money in 5 minutes they send you an email saying that you couldn't buy the tickets and to refund the money it takes up to 15 days tremendous crap don't fall for the scam with this scoundrels

Not a very good app
Was sent two tickets from my son. Clicked on accept tickets and taken to the download section to download the app. Created an account and then two ticket popped up. Clicked on tickets and was asked to pay… assumed my son only blocked out tickets. After purchasing tickets I saw four ticket NOW in my app… their app is not very helpful and I purchased extra tickets. No refund provided. Not a lot of help from customer service. In the past when someone sent me tickets I click on receive tickets then add them to my apple wallet. This terrible app is too confusing and not intuitive or customer friendly. I am pretty tech savvy but this one to me is the worst. The app tries to do too many things. The excuse that there is no way to make a refund 2 minutes after purchasing is a crock. Also this app IS NOT APPLE WALLET FRIENDLY.

Horrible customer service
I received an error message trying to post my tickets for sale. Seat Geek has no way you can call and talk to anyone. Customer Service rep Luis told me the reason there was an error was “my fault” because my “sift score” was too high. A sift score is something they calculate based on how many times you attempt to sell your tickets. The wonderful solution was to “wait 24 hours and try again” for an event that starts in 36 hours. I explained I tried to post the tickets one time and received that message so not sure how that would be possible. I asked if there was anyone he could connect me with that could help to which he responded “he could escalate the issue and I will hear back from someone in 24 hours” I asked if there was a manager I could speak with and he said no. I asked if there was a phone number I could call to speak to anyone and he said no. I spent the next 7 hours being bounced around from one person to another being told I would be called back “within the hour” “in the next 2-3 hours” and finally “by 9:30pm tonight”. I ended up solving the issue myself, the error was that I was trying to sell the tickets below the amount I purchased them for. There wasn't a person that works for this company that could tell me that information in 7 hours and 5+ customer service reps. If you have any issue with anything this company has no idea how to help you, no one you can speak with and absolutely no intent on resolving your issue. Good luck
