An update is noticeably lacking. I am fearful this app will stagnate.

Motivated to separate
So first of all, actually the app would have deserved 5 stars. The concept of the app motivates and exercises are well explained. Why 2 points deduction? Because of a bug that prevents you from registering. Without a user profile, however, the full range of functions is not available. If that's fixed, I'm happy to give it 5 stars.

Good 👌
It's one of the few apps where you can do it for free, and there are two free workouts, but they are of the same type, but every hour a joint workout is launched, which is also free. Of the nuances - they constantly offer to buy a subscription and I would take it if it were cheaper. But overall, I recommend 👍 the app

First app that made me stick to it
Exercises and their order sometimes seem a little randomly chosen, however it's a “new” workout everyday so it never gets boring. It's conveniently gamified as well. In short it's fun, effective and worth the subscription.

well
I downloaded the app thinking of finally having a free, simple basic sports app, but that wasn't the case. The following points of criticism: - To use it free of charge, you only have the 7 minute full body workout available. Far too little. At least 3 workouts were good: full body, upper body, lower body. One is definitely not enough. - Training is far too easy. Nothing burns and you can't get out of breath either. Breaks are also far too long. - there is no real warm-up. Even with "only" 7 minutes, however, one should always be present, otherwise there is a high risk of injury. - it is not really motivating, but there are often rather negative memories. Even the various coaches (who in my opinion are rather superfluous) can't really motivate. As a conclusion, you can say that it may be a good app, but only if you pay (a lot!!) Money pays. Some basic workouts should be done for free, and a warm-up, at least 30sec, should also be included. Free not usable, if you take out a subscription, maybe okay.

Meh.
I didn't think this app was all that. At first it was great but then I found out you have to pay for more exercises. I should just pay a gym membership fee rather than this.

Excellent app, I'm using paid version, but it should include the calories burned approximately per exercise

Nice application but much too light in free version... Always the same 12 exercises every day... It doesn't make you want to continue. Knowing that I don't intend to pay a subscription of 7€/month for that...

I don't have an income😐
This app is a fantastic way to exercise and I love that it can also be connected to the health app. What I think is negative is that you have to pay for a subscription (which I think is quite expensive) to get the full and incredible experience of the app. Please make the price lower, mom won't buy it for me. I understand very well that the creators themselves want income, just like me. In my opinion, I believe that if they want more income, they should lower the price and attract more people who cannot afford the current subscription.
