It used to be a good purchase option but from the end of the year 2023 to May 2024 shopping is not safe: 1) Packages arrive with missing products and you can never contact a person in customer support, everything is through chatbot and they excuse themselves by saying that the package was sent complete, 2) IMILE and J&T parcel companies are not reliable, many girls on Facebook comment that they are the ones who open the packages with steam and take out the products. Don't waste your money.

I got ripped off by this company. They say it was delivered but I didn't get anything. Our mail box is a locked mailbox that the mail carrier has to open and there is nothing inside. And when I try to contact them I get nothing but a run around. This is a ripoff company.
