Not sure how the password on the app differs than the password on the website, under the same email address. Resetting doesn't make them match either. Removing the app which is a shame since I enjoyed using the pay by app feature the short time it did actually work.

Two different stations
I used this app, linked to my BMO credit card & also BCAA. I should get 10 cents a litre off 93 grade gasoline. Wrong. After shell & BMO subsidized their investors and deducted carbon tax, 3 cents. Shell sent me an email to call them Update: 20 minutes on the phone with Shell. They can't do anything. They suggest calling BMO to fix the issue on Shell's app. That's an hour you'll never get back Update. In order to get 10 cents off at shell on 93 grade, forget the app. Swipe BCAA card, swipe air miles card, insert BMO card. Otherwise 5 cents goes to their capital gains fund

Constantly tells me it can't retrieve my fuel rewards info. I tried to click on the fuel rewards savings on the hone screen to try and sign in again but nothing happens.

Horrible app and horrible customer service, I'm a new customer. And you lost me forveer!!!The option to pay by the app was not working and therfore I lost out on rewards, I tried chatting and calling and they are not willing to manually issue me my lost out rewards. Most horrible customer service I ever experienced. And Shell don't reply to me that i should call the number because I have done that several times. And it was a complete waste of my time

Frustrated
Ran into an issue with the e-gift card. Self resolved in 24 hrs. Very hard to speak to a human to get help. Saddest part is there is no helpbot literally loops you in the same phone prompts

I have a login and I've tried logging in and resetting my password numerous times with no luck. I never received a reset password confirmation email. This is been going on for years

I really love this append wanted to give it 5 stars. But it keeps signing me out lately, and always when it super busy at the station.
