Amazing Except For 2 Things
I love this app, I can keep track of almost all of my online purchases all in one place, it's a lot easier than keeping track of all the details through emails. But there are 2 things that could use some work. 1) Things don't always show as delivered. I've had to manually mark some things. Not a big deal, I'm not sure exactly how Shop is notified about deliveries and it's only an occasional problem. 2) This is the big one. The app never stays connected to my Amazon account. I've had to sign back in and link them TWICE in the past 5 hours. I get a notification at least once a week saying I need to log into Amazon again through the app to be able to track my packages. It's extremely frustrating. I can't find any settings in the app or on Amazon that could fix this problem either. Other than those 2 things, this app is perfect for anyone who does a lot of online shopping!

Way too intrusive
Don't have me request to connect everything in my phone to an app that the primary reason for installing is to track delivery statuses. It hardly has any features that give specifics on orders and then conveniently offers more options to buy and pray on predatory practices to extract as much money out of you as possible. Now my emails are flooded with spam and I have no other reasonable option to track packages.

How the hell an I supposed to know??? I haven't received it. Ordered on April 4th and it still has not came in. Nor is there a tracking number. This same thing happened to me a few years ago. I ordered a flashlight thru shop and 3 months later Nothing. I emailed and emailed and no Damn response. Then one day I get a Damn small Keychain flashlight. Not what I ordered. Just like this order. I have emailed 4 times or so and no Damn response and still no delivery. Not even a tracking

This app is a scam. I made a purchase from a shopify store in this app and never received the product worth $270. Shopify said they couldn't help me with the transaction, and there was nothing they could do except take a written complaint. Save your money and time, and DO NOT USE THIS APP. Im in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company. Hopefully, I can get this charge canceled. The shop's email address was not real and there was no other contact.

Not all orders can be seen, it's quite confusing. Also the app reads your clipboard/pasteboard content when you open the app which is hella sus. Make sure you clear your clipboard before opening the app because who knows what they do with the content... It also asks to read your email inbox LOL so invasive. Updated response to Shop: That link you shared is just to your privacy policy, nothing about clipboard content and does nothing to instill trust.
