Love the app
I love shopping with very the flexibility and quickness I can't fault , but the problem I always have is with the couriers they use they are not reliable and even though very dispatch my items within a day Yodel takes a week sometimes to delivery to my local convenience store. The other issue I have is paying the extortionate P&P AMOUNT I always try to use the click and collect to avoid this issue as I do order items every month apart from that I'm happy with all my items I get from Very Thank you Very for the convenience of online shopping but please look into using a better reliable courier service 👍🏻

this is the only way I place orders with very hassle free click and collect and returns couldn't be easier, NB,,,,why has the share option been removed from the item description, I have had to shop elsewhere as I'm unable to share items when looking for items/gifts for other people,

The only thing I can grumble about is the delivery fee. I do think that orders over a certain amount, perhaps £40 or £50 should be free. Delivery is usually up to now quite quick although I have requested a certain delivery date on an item and has come quicker, which is ok normally unless you are at work or busy etc. Overall I like Very……very very much 👍🏻

App is easy to use and there are regular offers but delivery is pricy and there's no option to purchase a delivery package like for a year.

The stopped my order that I'd paid next day delivery for as wanted to querie something with me. Which I did today and was told it would be delivered tomorrow and they would refund the next day delivery charge as well but still do next day. I even have it in an email from them this is true. However when I try to find a tracking number I can't cause the app isn't working properly and I can't view it's just blank page. Called customer services twice and there telling me if going be next week. Balls
