Look elsewhere
I've been using shopkicks for 6 plus years and now they deleted the app because they say I have two accounts and I only have one. There are plenty other more honest apps to choose from.

For the past week, every time I try to redeem kicks for a gift card. It keeps telling me an error has occurred. Very annoying.

The thing is it doesn't let you log out unless you update! Or delete other apps. Come on! I got an rude employee who was sassy over the email services, I requested them to not false advertised, for every ticket I get additional 100 kicks then the rude employee was like ok here's 50 kicks. So disrespectful. Super rude employees. Love walmart, target e gift card. Needs more items for dollar tree, Cvs, some items have no scans

you email them for help and they will suspend your account for "breaking the rules". made up excuse to avoid paying what they owe to you

Can’t Cash out
Even those I reach my goal for scanning item after reaching when cashing out it told me there problem in which I reach to customer support they never fix it please work on that

I have been using thia app for a long time and am sad to see it progressively going downhill. I will often get error messages after watching videos -some of which are 3 minutes long, telling me that there is an error and then I never get credited the 1 measly point that most videos give you. I no longer get points from best buy or ulta and when I have reached out I get excuses for why it can't be corrected. The same goes for online purchases, the points aren't added unless I follow up.

The scans rarely work. When I try to scan products I get a message stating there's a problem with the network. It's always after scanning one or two items. Not worth the time anymore
