Was better before
The app used to let you track your protein, fiber and calories. Now you can add what you ate, but nothing is done with the info. You might as well just type “food” for all the good it does. And the articles you get don't always correspond to anything. After 5 months of fasting I got an article “Congratulations on your first fast!” Right now it's a timer and water tracker but it used to be so much more.

Simple is definitely Simple to use
I like the tracking for meals and hydration, so easy to input. But, because the meal information is pretty basic, the feedback isn't very accurate. That's fine with me because I've taken a number of nutrition classes as part of an exercise science degree. I think the information in some of the articles is very good and spot on. Some people fail with apps like this because it's laborious reading all the information and inputting meals etc. I love the way it Simple pulls in my exercise minutes from my Apple Watch. For me, the grade on the meals and the hydration tracking are good reminders for creating healthier meals and consuming enough fluids on a daily basis. Plus, I've lost 10 lbs.

I'm enjoying Simple and find that fasting is a good discipline for me. My only problem is when busy doing a variety of things it's very difficult and often overlooked by me to faithfully annotate foods, times , starting and ending fasts, hydration etc. sometimes my phone is hidden in my purse or jacket pocket or sometimes not near me as I do various things like do house duties' attend exercise classes, visit with friends and family . I'm trying to figure out how to attend to these matters constantly . Plus there is no way that I have found how I can annotate after the fact. I also am missing the way to annotate hours fasted as many times I fast my 16 hours and Avo responds good 14 hour fast??? Many of these issues are due to my computer illiteracy but perhaps others are concerns of others too? If you have suggestions or solutions please let me know Thank you

Do not purchase this app, unless you are absolutely sure!!
After soon purchasing the app, I realized it wasn't for me. I asked about cancellation and getting a refund. They responded somewhat quick, and only wanted to return half the money since I did not use it for the full 15 days. So I figured I would continue to use and see if I could use it after all. After 16 days, my conclusion was the same. So I reached back out, it has been over a week since my first email. I have sent three in total and I have yet to receive a reply. DON'T EXPECT THEM TO ABIDE BY THEIR REFUND POLICY!!!

I wish the bugs were fixed
I like the app, the information and the Bot Avo is helpful for research, contact and reminders however it's been a little tedious with certain features not working properly.

Not worth the money and terrible customer service
The app is good for beginners. I will give it that. But the customer service is the worst. Beware the auto subscribe. It is tricky to turn off- can't just be done on the App Store thru Apple. You have to go into the app. Any requests for help with customer service are met with a “tough for you” attitude. Not happy. Pretty pricey for what you get too. It would be just as easy to log this stuff yourself or in a free app. All in all, hard pass on this.

I am trying to cancel my subscription, but google apps says it is already cancelled but runs until Nov 2024. I just received notice that a payment was taken out of my account. I want to stop all payments and cancel as of the end of this period that was just withdrawn. Please contact me.

I've been enjoying this app. The only problem I'm having with it is the A.I. does not recognize the full amount of ounces of water I'm consuming each day. I've been drinking at least 73 ounces each day and tracking my hydration, including green tea, and it thinks I'm tracking only 3.25 ounces or just a bit more. Other than that, the app is incredibly encouraging, and I'm receiving tons of valuable information that I'm putting to good use toward my weight-loss journey.

VERY BAD! I answered the quiz, with the content pleasant and good approach, however, when I saw the app in general, it left something to be desired, since free apps have the same tools. On the same day I canceled and requested a refund by email, which says it is my right, two days have passed and I still haven't received a response. I was charged 2 times on my credit card bill. I look forward to getting back to you soon with the solution.
