Filters don't work. No matter what you filter, when sharing, all cars are displayed. I want to filter a convertible. Please do something.

App for Share gone bad
Unfortunately, the app has deteriorated so much for my use that I don't feel like it anymore. The design is terrible, you can't find the cars right anymore. Half the screen is full of junk. and on top of that, the prices have risen immeasurably due to this kilometer campaign. Too bad, that's it.

Please reinstate the Orange and Black colours to distinguish between real Sixt Share vehicles on the map, and the ridiculously expensive Miles cars, like it was at the times you decided to add Miles vehicles to this App. Now they are all black and it's a waste of time to click them all to find the real Sixt Share cars!!

Supposedly, you can also rent e-bikes via the app, but there is no menu item for it. When using the help, the entry Bicycle: no entry found

The application is good overall with young driver service and one-way option, but the prices are very high and do not respect the rental times, so the price is fixed and minimum at 1 day (80€) and very few choices of cars for my taste.

Looking up cars 75 days out indicates no availability for my dates. If I shorten the date range just slightly, somehow cars become available. Are they really booked out 75 days or is their system erroring out on availability check? I suspect erroring out because… Entering e-mail login on an iPad causes the input to disappear and go back to login start if you do anything but type it out manually character by character. Username field not recognized by iPad for auto entry. Password field is also not recognized. Poor programming as this is very easy to adopt in app dev. Never could get logged in with all the flippy flip of screen stuff going on while trying to enter password. Login failed… thus rental failed and moved to next car company with an app done by professionals. Feels like a cheap web app.

Worst rental experience ever
I rented a van and at vehicle pick up I noticed that the vehicle is full of scratches everywhere (left side, right side, roof, front, rear, all bumpers). I explain it to the agent that advise me to take pictures (which I do, as much as I can, but the vehicle was is bad conditions and not properly cleaned so it was even difficult to record every damage). On top, I do not receive any documentation with the damages already recorded. When I return the vehicle, the agent doesn't check it and another operator immediately drives it away to the parking. The day after I receive a claim that I damaged the vehicle and they show me a picture with 2 scratches (among all the existing ones!). I thought it was a joke. I reply attaching all the pictures taken at vehicle pick up. Today I receive a request to pay 580 euros because according to Sixt I damaged the vehicle. On top of being sure I did not make a single scratch to that vehicle, the whole process at pick and return was so poorly handled by the agency that I cannot conceive how you can ask for a compensation. Never Sixt again. You lost a client.
