The app does not work with SJ-prio, which means that everything that is supposed to make it "smoother" to use the app compared to other means falls between the cracks, as usual when it comes to SJ.

Sure, the app works well to search for trips and see all info and book etc. But WHY don't the trains come in chronological order? Managed to book a ticket on the wrong date on the night train because 🤬 they should be at the top if they leave after midnight, not at the bottom! Expensive homework 😔

Easy to use. Selection screen is a little busy and could use dividers between trip options, but otherwise very efficient and user friendly.

SJ - For real. You must be able to make THIS work
This app has potential, but like everything SJ is concerned with, it is not reliable. It is simply deplorable not to be able to convey cancelled trains earlier than when you are standing on the platform via the app. It has happened to me so many times and over a long timeline. There are third-party apps that previously tell you that ERA trains are delayed/cancelled. This has been pointed out from time to time over the years, but without clear improvement

Book a seat ticket
Now that it is apparently a strict recommendation that we with a monthly ticket should also book a seat for each trip, one would wish it was possible to specify a little more where you want to sit. Tried today and I could choose a stroller, it was good. I could also choose a place but without a place map it felt a bit difficult. Then I would like to be able to choose a perfume-free carriage as I currently sometimes have to walk through the entire train before I find a seat that suits me, also add that I also prefer to go forward. So before you make demands (recommendations) that we should squeeze in a new routine 2 times a day, make sure that we can choose a place where we also want to sit.
