Scam!!! - I tried the free service and didn't care for it so I canceled the membership right away, or so I thought. When I "canceled" the membership I uninstalled the app and never thought about at again. Well, here we are 6 months later and they've charged me $165!!! It took me 3 tries to finally cancel the membership and I still haven't gotten a confirmation that it's actually been canceled. Save yourself the headache and do NOT be tempted by the free trial. I promise it's not worth it.

Use Coursera!
This company has a horrible refund policy! They charged my account for a full year despite never using their service. They charged my account a day before the date they were to have done so without notice. When I asked to see the reminder they said they sent, they couldn't provide me with it nor could they provide me the exact date and time it was sent despite it being part of their “form” denial of my request for a refund. An ethical company would provide a refund under these circumstances. Check other reviews! I'm not alone.

AVOID THIS SCAM! They will not refund you your money, ven if you don't use their service. The only way to get out is to cancel your membership ahead of time. This is a fundamentally dishonest business practice. Skillshare EARNED this 1 star rating.

Can't sign in to my account. Can't even create an account on the app. The website are also the same. Stupid app, i subscribed on the website now i won't be able to cancel. won't recommend to anyone.

Not responding
A month ago I wasn't able to watch downloaded classes offline on my iPad so I deleted the app and reinstalled it recently. Everything was working fine, then boom today I tap the app it opens alright but it's not responsive, the screen is blank for a while then the app self closes. Please can you resolve this issue asap. Thank you
