Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid sky at all costs. Increase costs every year and good luck if you ever want to quit your account. They will make it as hard a physically possible and then still charge you anyways. Would not recommend. Also cant even open this app. Just gives me "access denied". Thanks

Helpdesk and rewards don’t work
Claiming a reward after referring someone is impossible. I referred someone in January, they joined Sky, I got an email in April saying that my voucher is available. After waiting for over a month, still I have no idea why I am not able to claim my voucher and the helpdesk team has no clue either.

Sky talk shield not working
The sky talk shield has not worked for the past 6 weeks or so. It is very annoying. Have called sky repeatedly and wasted hours of my time. Please fix. I am using iphone and ipad with latest software Others have been complaining on line about this too. Sky customer Help centre has been useless
