Nice new format but when I go to watch highlights it tells me my account has changed and to log in again. No changes to account, still doesn't work when l log in again and restart app

This is false selling , it should be the sky football video app
Firstly it's not a complete sports app, it only reports on what sky shows. So very limited motorsport apart from [phone]. It is aimed at people,that don't have a job. 70-80% of its content are video clips, so catching up at work is impossible, as it's all video junk. I can read! And most of the write ups are done by AI I think as the grammar is terrible as is its ability to describe things clearly. You now get a stupid initial screen showing the latest football and the next 10 lines are more football videos junk. Then you hear the new sky sport+ junk is coming and how it will show more stuff you never wanted if you use the app. Sky are slowly but surely getting rid of all humans and are convinced that the whole world revolves round a phone or a tablet. I would love to know who makes the decisions at sky as the really are clueless to what the people who pay you actually want? Sky customer for over 20 yrs and never once been involved in any kind of user survey!

After many years of happily using a easy to navigate app,after the new update I can't even get signed in to it even after resetting password etc. After 3 days of trying I am deleting and looking for a better app. Goodbye Sky.

You have manage to make this app even worse than it was before, you need to sack your UX team! Once again you have focused on advertising revenue rather than user satisfaction. Oh and it's dark mode not invisible mode, so no need to hide this setting, where the hell is it?
