Awful UI updates
These new updates are absolutely horrendous and your team should be ashamed. In one fell swoop you've destroyed slack's entire value proposition of seamless and user friendly communication. It is so freaking hard to navigate and find basic functions now. I lost all my favorites and message/channel organization. Plus, there was no warning this was happening at all. This must be a tragic consequence of the sales force takeover. At least teams is affordable. Very sad indeed!

The button does not appear even though there is no authority.
I think the only person who has the authority to change from a public channel to private is the owner, but everyone else will see a button that says "Convert to private channel".

Every time I try to view an image or video from a conversation, channel, or thread, and then close the image; It totally takes me out of the focus I'm in and leaves me on the channel listing. I can't go on in my conversation comfortably.

Just okay
My team recently switched from Crew to Slack and a few things are subpar including the notifications. I often miss urgent notifications as they somehow disappear in my Notification Center and I am not always notified immediately upon a message being received. I wish there was a way to see who has viewed your messages as well. Slack has some work to do!!

Missed calls are not visible. If you do not give the application access to the gallery from the phone, send photos to a specific chat from the gallery itself, then not all files go away and there is a constant notification that something has not been sent. It is not possible to remove it. You have to delete the application from the phone and install it again.

Terrible attitude to customer feedback
They refuse to even acknowledge bugs with spurious notifications, blaming it on third party integrations Also there has been a bug for the last six months where replies to followed threads appear as notifications— they refuse to acknowledge this as a bug Terrible software, avoid!

step to enter a workspace from mobile are horrible and don't work, horrible I can't express in words how bad the login process is you send an email and when confirmed on the computer it doesn't enter the mobile, bad!
