Can I Rate Zero Stars?
How can the user experience be this comically terrible? Do you have a product department? Do you use your product? Do you have anyone on front-end who can clean up this mess of a UI? Or debug your code?? I was so excited at the opportunity to watch Brazilian and Italy TV. What a disappointment to the entire streaming industry. Hope you can fix these issues and get some of your users back. VPs and above sell your shares.

I have noticed that I can get the same movies that I pay for free on Tubi TV and that's free why is it so much money with all the commercials and advertising and it's in Spanish I don't speak Spanish I'm starting to get disappointed in sling I wish it was easier to download movies and I need more storage I like a lot of movies that I NEED TO GET from other services and I should win the TV watching contest I watch TV everyday at least 2 hours a day that's not counting the movies I watch Everyday

Wrong movie played. I downloaded this app to watch a single movie. I sat through the ads only to have it play the wrong one. I think I did something wrong, clicked on the wrong movie. Nope, it says the movie I wanted but it played something else. Super sucks.

Why do things disappear?
Been a user of the app for about a year. It has an immaturity in its refresh design. When you leave a category such as NEWS listing to watch a channel full screen, when you return to the listing of NEWS channels, you don't get where you left off; you get a corrupted smaller selection that requires hitting the NEWS selection again. This is Mickey Mouse coding if you can't retain a prior query and present it to the user. Who's running app design? Fire ‘em!

I pay for orange and blue, and still get blackout restrictions for baseball games. What a complete waste of money and time. Even watching football games is difficult getting the games started let alone the lag time. Get better SlingTV.

used to work fine but now always get lagging with latest update and constant low quality picture that jumps back and forth to high res every 20 seconds or so. annoying that seems like every 2 days, when you launch the application, it prompts you to update so you end up having to wait several minutes. i miss being able to turn on a tv and watch without all this waiting around.

Service is trash. Unusable half the time. I rented a movie, the title was right, the year was right, the discrpition was right, the movie was wrong. I called to get my 4$ back, spent 15 on the phone to be told to wait a little longer and when I asked for someone to call or email me to refund my money, she said the can't send emails or make calls to costumers about issues.
