Unnecessary account selection every time you open the application waste so much time only to have to load the account after clicking the only account registered... like other apps have it logged into the preferred account instantly with a menu option to switch in-between other accounts

Not happy with this app, it constantly losses the password and user id and then it takes days to get it all straightened out. Over it. Too bad too because it might have been a great idea .

Great app
This app is great but with the latest update has a small bug. you can not rename the equipment. You can edit the name of each of smart extender, hit save but when you log back in it reverts back to the name of smart extender. Now connect devises this you are able to rename devises . Renaming the equipment helps to mange the network better. The previous updates no issues. This just happen with the latest update . I hope you fix in the next update

Can’t Login on IPhone - Phantom Devices Added
I can't login on my iPhone 15 as of 5/14/24, it brings up the login screen then goes unresponsive when I tap on the notification from the app or go directly to the app. Keeps sending me notifications that devices have been added to my network through the app, but no devices have been added by me or my housemate. So either it is easily Hackable and people are adding devices that way, or just send bogus notifications. trying to figure out which device was added whenever I know I've added advice is also pretty much impossible due to the information. It logs and the delay on the timestamp for new devices added. It would be nice if they added a lot more clarity and accuracy to their timestamps as well as device info.

No content controls for Internet Air
Just setup Internet Air and was hoping to use the advanced content controls. Turns out that the advanced features only work with the BGW320 gateway that the fiber customers have. These features are not compatible with the all-fi hub that Internet Air customers have.

1000% unnecessary. More data to collect and therefore sell. Not one thing here worth installing this app. Wish I could turn off the wifi router built into this gateway. Its spotty, drops in an instant (fiber internet)and has NOTHING on the Nighthawk router I own signal nor speed wise. Use your ip address, leave this far far away from your mind.
