Digital Coupon Glitches
I see the digital coupons in-store and would like to use them as part of my regular shopping. But, I don't, because when I go to scan one, either I've been automatically logged out or the app needs to update. It feels like excessive work to make sure the app will be ready when I go shopping and would like to utilize digital coupons. This problem has improved some over recent months, but still persists. Otherwise, a great app.

For pickup I don't know why some items are for delivery only! When the customer lives 45 miles out of town and obviously you can't deliver that far out, it would be nice to just be able to order for pick up on those items. Other than that though always enjoy smiths from the friendly staff selection to the freshness on meat and fruit actually all the food lol

I love Smiths, but this is frustrating! Lately I have been using grocery delivery (and I know Instacart is a 3rd party so it's not on Smith's) but I really wish there was a way to adjust your tip after the fact. I usually have no issues, but there are some shoppers who just don't care. Who replaces a small package of $2.50 blueberries with a big package of $9 organic blueberries? 3 items were missing, and the only substitute that he actually asked for approval on I denied, yet still received...

Unusable
Confusing and counterintuitive. I had to get a worker there to help me figure out how to simply use a coupon. App deleted. I will be actively avoiding shopping at smiths in the future, since they make it so difficult to get their sales prices.

I would give zero stars, but since it's not possible I'll have to give 1; I don't know what they did wrong, but their payment system quit working for their pharmacy, and when I emailed them to tell them about it, they just shrugged and said to call this number for the pharmacy instead of fixing the problem, how about fixing issues with your app so you don't lose customers.
