PRO VERSION DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!
Am very disappointed with the app. Despite a prescription (about 400€), the app does not work. No one can help. They say if it doesn't work, then bad luck. And now I don't even get replies to my mail!

Support=0 promisseee=0 Customer care=0 I asked for help regarding my gp advise, they gave me phone support and never ever called me if im doing ok or need any help, they just need you to download app to earnmoney. my name is clear and you have my contact details!!!!!! just search your data in your computer.

Won’t let me set up
I would've liked to tried the app. I downloaded it and it went to the first page. I read all the privacy acts and everything and went to click next and nothing happened. It's just stuck on that screen. That's not a good way to start. No money is taken out of my account or how can I fix it?

For a few days now, the app didn't work anymore, it crashes directly when you open it and shows who it is possible to get in, that there is supposedly no internet

I just downloaded the app, and I bought the annual version. I can't figure out how to set the app to send notifications when I can smoke. Thank you for your help!

Interesting application, however some data asking makes me wonder. The number of packs is per day per week per month, because the financial cost saving that was calculated to me was very high more than 22000 euros per year while I smoked maximum 5 cigarettes per day, so I think the figure is wrong, and it is impossible to change it.

Has some great features. For example, the money saved tracker, or the ability to track when you have cravings. However, when you add a craving in the “craving” tab, it doesn't count in your diary entry for the day at all, and also won't track if you chose you smoked, in diary entries or the money saved tracker) I personally find adding my cravings and if I've smoked in that tab is easier, more organized and really they should probably be merged. The pages are almost identical.

Way too expensive!!!
Even if it is covered by the health insurance companies, I find it excessively overpriced. I'm almost a little ashamed now to have applied for it through the health insurance company. 389 € for 3 months!
